Encrypted in transit
Everything you send travels over TLS. Uploaded files are stored isolated per matter — never pooled between clients, never publicly accessible, never indexed by search engines.
Your workspace is yours
Your matters are visible only to you and the people you explicitly share a matter with. Signed-in access is required for every workspace request, and each request checks that the matter belongs to you.
Confidentiality agreements
Every done-for-you engagement is covered by our confidentiality terms. Formal NDAs are available on request — signed before a single page is read.
Deletion you control
Delete any matter — or your whole account — directly from your workspace, and the files, extracted text, and AI history go with it. You can also request deletion by email and we'll confirm when it's done.
What we never do
We never sell your data and never use your documents to train our own models. AI features send content to our AI provider only to produce the answer you asked for.
Honest limits
We don't claim SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, or other certifications, and we don't claim a specific encryption-at-rest standard. We provide document organization, analysis, and litigation-support intelligence — never legal advice or representation, and no attorney–client relationship is formed.
